Literally everyone is selling the idea of AI - why are all the cattle supporting and rushing to something that is our demise. They are pushing to change our biology as well and like cattle to their death everyone is rushing to this. The biggest question is what is the rush to create something that is thinking for us and looks like us and all the while it’s absorbing every detail about us that makes us human. Where are the laws protecting us from AI? It sounds like we are going to have to redefine affirmative action. What’s happening here is the option and choice to what extent humanity wants to use AI will completely be out of our hands and that in itself is the wrong direction to take. I for one will make it a point to buy from companies who employ people.
