It's not even technically art. But yes, it most definitely is stealing from artists and designers. This algorithm doesn't learn, it regurgitates these images. A human brain is unfathomably more different than just lines of code. It's a stupid debate that is stoked by AI shills and tech bro's who want you to believe this is the next evolutionary step.
