I wonder, if getting an attorney for some copyright claims would help? I think it won't work for people doing AI art for fun (and I don't mind those people) but those who make AI art to resell, wouldn't that be practically be the same as plagiarism? Has someone experience in that regard? I think, when the AI art looks too close to the original it should be claimable but I am absolutely no expert and just a hobby-artist.
