I think the only people saying its unethical is just the artist which is a pretty big conflict of interest.
Jumbling a few different artists styles together is how everyone learns ai is no different.
And as for consent artist did consent by posting it to twitter u let anyone look at ur art but not steal it. But they arent stealing it they are using it as a learning tool to get better. It doesnt just copy pasta
