Well, the way to solve this is to make an "tax" for the work of AI or Robots mandatory that cant get evaded in some sort of way same as with the human salary, the "tax" work will be based on how would be the average salary for that work for an human. that way we can decide if we want to employ AI for the same costs or people because some people would maybe want to work some jobs and also have AI do jobs that we dont want to do, but since we will tax the work of those Robots and AIs, there would be enough money for Universal Income for those that will need it. But the time is ticking, if the AI will get too good, we might not have a chance to change the laws.
