AI doesn't need downtime, doesn't get tired, can work tirelessly, in this time when we Gen Z who at every turn talk about mental wellness, anxiety, social, doesn't it seem that CEOs being smart business would rather have a labour force that has less of such human issues. U don't need to motivate AI. I can see the appeal for business and Gen Z should be very concerned. At least for the next 10 years.
