I love that Geoffrey explains everything like he is talking to a smart 5 year old. However, his relaxed attitude towards the implications, coming from someone in his position of authourity on the subject, is dangerous.
We have SO MANY anti-hype bros when it comes to AI, that we need a penetrating agrument to wake them the f up. People with 130 IQ's are joining with 100 IQ people in poo poo ing AI, because it threatens their "brand" as a smart person. This is why we will lose.
