I'm pretty sure that most people using gen AI are keeping it to themselves and don't really care that about these poisoning methods.
Even if you could poison image generation models, it would only be a matter of time before a human developer concocted a new methodology that resists these poisoning efforts.
Go ahead and spend your time and energy doing something that new artists won't use anyway. Anyone who's into large amounts of generative AI is running it off their own hardware using custom workflows anyway.
