first i will start with this quote from Machiavelli "You must keep people busy or they'll use that time plotting against you" which in this context suggest that all those who only view this change one sided meaning those who say its' only worker. normal people who will safe a.k.a they won't have job, forget that, that will happen for a short time, because one thing you should know about people is that they'll find a way to innovate out the current giant companies and the way things are currently being done will also affect the rich who thing that they're safe which is not the same , what is funny is that all the professionals on the video seem to me that they don't also count themselves as also causalities of the same evolution... that's a shame way to look at things. The current and next generation of people won't be victim to this change because they'll figure a way to subject AI because it has out paced them on getting jobs so maybe the AI will be they're job, just watch the space you'll be surprised what humans do when cornered... Awe!
