Im a train driving instructor and just cost alone would stop my industry being taken over by AI, we still run on victorian railway systems with north of scotland borders still running semiphore signalling. Then the fact the industry is so heavily unionised, they would struggle to replace drivers without losing the entire grade to strike action.
