Hypothetical test legal case: someone produces AI arts and monetises somehow. It's brought to the attention of an artist that it strongly ressembles their work. They check whether the model used was trainined on their data (it was) they conseqently sue for plagiarism and loss of income. Has this happened yet? Could it happen? Who gets sued? Would this mitigate the issues by creating too much risk using unfettered training data?
