Another piece of the puzzle that you guys should discuss is how expensive and hard to access therapy can be. A few of my friends have suggested I talk to Chat GPT because I’ve been struggling with OCD and I’m on waitlists for therapists who take my insurance. People are desperate for professional help but they can’t afford it or can’t access it for other reasons. For now, I’m writing in a journal and reading books about ERP for OCD. AI would probably make my OCD worse
