It's already replaced jobs in call centre's as he claims, yet whenever you need to chat to a chatbot at a call centre the majority of the time the chatbot can not answer your questions or address your issues and will repeatedly state "I dod not understand you question, can you please rephrase that?", and it continues to fail to understand or be able to help. A.I. is useless.
