cela peut creer un biais a la reponse du candidat qui est mis dans une situation de stress des le bonjour de l' AI
On sait aujour d hui faire des voix qui mettent le candidat beaucoup plus a l aise avec de l empathie qui permettra au candidat de s ouvrir et de devoiler ses competences beaucoup pls facilement
ca semble etre un outil tres efficace si on ne parle pas d' ethique
mais un petit detail comme le ton de la voix plus chaleureux permetrait de le rendre 10x plus efficace
