I’m ok with drawing but I can only copy, if I try to make my own drawings out of nothing it never turns out. I’m still trying to improve but I think AI art has its place, like wanting to help create an OC or profile picture. I had tried to use AI to create an OC I’d then try to expand upon with my own drawing and using that initial AI art but the programs I used just couldn’t make a anything that I thought was what I wanted my OC to look like. But I don’t see AI art as being something that should completely replace real artists. You can use it to get inspiration or for small things like an OC or profile picture. So I’m not completely against AI art, I just think it had its place and that people are taking it into places it doesn’t belong and it should be left in its place. It has a niche and the problem is that it AI isn’t being left in its niche. Like advertisements and YouTube videos shouldn’t be AI, but AI can be done for small things that are outlay for yourself and not to like make a business out of it and make money off of AI generated art content
