You won't win, sadly. AI is taking over and it will affect our everyday screens and headphones. Let's just hope governements can regulate AI companies to stop profiting off of this and make AI open to everyone (just like OpenAI and ChatGPT).
I understand the desire for authors' rights but we're talking about machines that can litterally create anything using billions of points of references, just like a brain.
AI will be able to create videos out with a few keywords, swap faces, translate the voice of someone on any video. It will be able to create entire movies in a couple of years.
Any art shown on a screen or with headphones will eventually be conceptualized with AI at a point where copyright will become a useless tool for « owning » and selling your digital art.
Artists will have no choice but to perform in front of an audience to showcase their artistry, just like olympic athletes.
