The conversation sounds dangerous because the people driving the conversation sound dangerous. The word 'slop' is very important (as in 'Ai slop') because, until Ai can understand why humans want to do the best they can (largely due to embarrassment when they don't) they will just product anything. Ai is light years from understanding how to feel embarrassment.
