I think people are making the wrong argument here. I think AI art is ok for making quick refs, or if you can't draw what they want the way they want it drawn yet and have no money or don't want to pay an artist to draw a thing for you bc that means you have to talk to them and tell them whether it's what they asked for or not and backseat drive the whole drawing and NO ONE wants that So ai is actually much quicker and more efficient in some cases. If I wasn't a skilled artist, I'd be using ai A LOT bc I'd rather not bother anyone about it. Let's also not forget about when someone admits its Ai, and doesn't claim it's their own.
