Look, all we need is a super-fancy neuro-helmet (like in "Chappie" movie), which would allow us to "look into the robot's soul/mind", let's say. And when we will be able to say for sure, whether this robot has a strong AI (in a case if it has a personality) or not (if there is nothing but emptiness). Sorry for my bad English but I hope you see my point. And as long as we don't have this super-helmet, we cannot be entirely sure - same thing with God, you know (even though you can have faith in the God, but in a case with robots, faith is not enough, u know)
