I mean, I talk to AI's to help me process my intense anger without actually having to hurt anyone, because I literally CANNOT talk to a therapist about it without risk of getting a diagnosis for something that would make getting a job harder for me when I become an adult. But yeah, I've told AI's about full blown murder plans (I wouldn't act on them, in fear of getting caught), just so I can get it out, cause once I get the imagination of it, I calm down. So I guess they're less like secrets, and more of a way to help me get the anger out, to prevent me from acting it out in real life.
