1:28:30 one would argue that consciousness is a stream of connected experiences. Your experiences begin when you can hold onto memories and streams forward from the experiences you have had all connected as far back as your memory holds. It is the continuity and ability to reflect that matters. In that sense AI is definitely conscious already.
