Good luck with the lawsuit. Communications Decency Act of 1996, section 230, protects the AI companies against liability from what their users post using their tools.
Also, it will be very hard to legally argue AI generation is liable for intellectual theft, while at the same time ignoring traditional digital art tools that allow users to create any IP they want.
