This isn't true at all. It has been this way ever since computers came into use and then mobiles and games. The studies now link it with AI. AI is in fact reversing that decline over the years but it will take time. How is AI responsible for a poorly written essay. If AI gives you info and you think you can get it as easily again and there is no point in trying to retain anything, who is responsible? I bet the text/script for this video was fine-tuned by AI.
