AI can create appealing art, but can it create thoughtful art? I've come to realize that art is a form of communication between the artist and the viewer, with AI you know its just an amalgamation with nothing real to say - even if it gets really good. So basically yes what the video is saying. Until AI becomes conscious and can actually learn, that is.
