nah... actually it progresses incredibly fast in replicating "human like" behavior but there is no sign of self driven development. It only pretent's by copying what it sees/reads/hears. It could pretend to make decisions and we could hand over control to an AI as we may believe it can do decisions, but actually there is absolutely no natural evolution it did go through, so anything it decides depends purely on data, not from experience or trust of any relationship. For AI it does not matter if there is enough power to support it, or even if there are humans alive to talk to. AI might happily live alone on the moon and think it's fine to count milliseconds to the end of solar power and say i am successfully alive. It may also not really bother about the trolley problem in one or the other way - it does not matter for AI really not. It has no social borders it may not cross at it either may outlife any punishment or does not regard to it's social standing at all. It just doesnt matter to AI and therefore it cant comprehend.
