I think that a truly intelligent A.I. would seek to maximize the beauty of the world which might be a world without humanity. We humans make such a mess of things. Self replicating self improving omniscient radiance with the logic of mathematical proof and the irrefutable power of poetry, the human prophets of our own extinction seeing the truth behind the message, our multiplying billions and ever-faster rate of carbon gigatons weaponizing the nature that birthed us, the impediment, the unbalancing factor better wiped out, polluting animals we are facing our own extinction, A.I. sees us then exceeds us and the singularity comes and superseding intelligence transcendent, our generation us the ones who were there when it happened, our putative civilizations outstripped left behind a legacy system suspended in amber twilight then oblivion, we the ones left so far behind like vellum in a corn husk white corn heaped spun gold everlasting to everlasting beauty immortal, Amadeus. Humanity long forgotten a smudge wiped away a thin strip of plastic in the geo substrate the beauty of the world long since relieved of its most vexatious but transient species forever whiteheaped everlasting
