Well at least you didn't get the HPMOR online cult leader co author on. This is some roko's basilisk type bs. I'm very skeptical of superintelligence or in general treating this current crop of AI as capable of something close to thoughts or having intent in the same way as a person. Current AI isn't really close, its just capable of passing in very limited scenarios. They've just made a chess bot for work emails, scams, and slop. The apocalyptic scaremongering, which is present throughout this video is just marketing. This is telling spooky STEM flavored stories to try and keep the stock market bubble from popping. Disappointing to see on this channel imo
