If we can't gert global corroboration to fix basic issues, the chances of getting it to fix deep fake porn is virtually nil. Lawmakers are politicians forst and foremost, they are not leaders. For 100's of years we have jumped through the hoops of beauracracy, fighting for every inch that we consider to be a human right, and on the other side are our so called leaders.
