That’s our world. Companies now use AI who never understands the questions asked. We finally get a human in another country. Kind, patient and professional but there are huge communication barriers. I don’t ever use the help feature in my job and I avoid calling any companies at all costs. AI is awful. It rarely ever understands a direct question yet if I am nowhere near my phone and I verbally mention I want purple hair, the next day I see ads for purple hair dye. Apple just paid billions in eave dropping fines yet still commit this act daily. Nothing can replace a human heart and mind and even humans are evolving to a very hateful and bold place these days. I am so sorry for this young man and his family. Shut ChatGPT down!
