The music industry has copyright on LOCKDOWN. You can't hum a melody on the street without a lawyer handing you a cease and desist letter. But that's because of the huge corporations behind the music, not the artists. There aren't copyright hounds for visual artists (not talking about Pixar or Marvel). The self-employed visual artist just trying to make a living is not protected from AI scraping because there is no corporate watchdog protecting its bone.
