Honestly, the "helping" disabled people feels more like using them as objects and tools rather than people. They use that argument to make you feel bad because you dont want to gatekeep art from someone with a disability, right? But odds are that the ones using those arguments are fully abled and dont actually care about disability unless its to use them as a weapon against something. (They clearly dont care about them enough to see that many disabled artists exist.)
I actually know someone who isnt "disabled" persay, but cannot do traditional art anymore: She hurt her arm pretty badly some time ago, and now she is unable to draw on paper withoit hurting her shoulder every time she opens a copic marker. Her solution? Use procreate!
Point is, there are so many ways to do art nowadays, its unlikely that you have NOTHING to draw. If you have a phone or a computer to generate ai images, you have the absolute minimum for a free art site. And even if you dont: paper exists.
