If you have a man who is scared of this technology. You want him to build and control it. Because he is not scared of the ai itself but more of the people potentially making mistakes building it. Ai is only just as concious as the person who’s controlling it and or building and feeding it with information. I think : a immortal machine should not have the „idea of moral“ deeply implemented in relation to itself. Which could solve big problems but also make huge.
