I think some people are idolizing AI and dont see anything else - like they are brainwashed. Sure it had to be restrected 10y ago, and shure we have to update and change our carriers....but - AI and robots will never be up to task with intelegent empathic multilevel human. Sure it can be much more efficient in lot of tasks than average human..but me as a human being want to have human experience, exchanged knowledge and emotions on human level. I love technology, but only as help in some tasks to save some time - but still l want to do lot of things by myself. This all sounds like some people want that humans extinct - but without humans there will not be AI. I am for that that people work less - as we who work are almost all burned out - so AI and all technologie can jump in and help us - humans - to work on "higher" tasks and achievement - like in Star Trek. I dont see the future so bleak - on the contrary - lets all. including AI work for better tomorrow for humans, plants, animals, whole Earth and Universe.
