For sure and the ones that stay are ones with contracts or infrastructure that ai can be utilized in. Google is set up well, OpenAI has Apple (which.... meh), Anthropic has a ton of contracts. XAI is in the governments pocket, Meta is going to fall for sure. But the question is, who will be the titans in the end. Will it come down to google and openai? Xai will remain because they are using our tax dollars for it. Anthropic will be the wild card, used by coders all around and contracts spread around like candy make them either beat out other companies or fall early.
And Open source will either be a life blood for everyday people or be cracked down on since it will eat into their profits. So, get you Open-Source models downloaded and stored. Get the newest when they come out, store the large models that may not be useful now but will be when computers inevitably get better.
