AI can easily supplement 40% of current software work loads. I have mine dialed in with MCPs like crazy for end-to-end workflows. I've notice AI maturity just in the last month increase. I can have 5 agents in worktrees concurrently working on features and doing the program management even. There is a dividing line where developers unwilling to adopt AI are quickly getting left behind. Adapt or die, sorry, this is the industry. Jack Dorsey's timing is spot on. Still need a human, but just a lot less.
