Images created entirely by diffusion model AI are just hallucinations by a very simple and small non-human intelligence. What it's missing is a human perspective or message. That said, I think writing AI off as a tool is pretty short siting. Just prompting images is pretty low tier, but I can see a use in models trained on one's own art, especially when it's being used to create bulk content, tween animations, or many other menial tasks.
