Humans are messy, ai is consistent and neat unless that nuance is requested.
A trick to watch is the timing, ai is usually consistent and a real artist will deviate and erase large areas during the process at the start until they are happy, then usually start to polish.
AI will be too consistent, as if the are perfect renderer that makes no mistakes.
