It's coming. Every programme designed to "help" physicians including radiologists to "free up work load" was just a guise to train the algorithm. Chat gpt 4 passed USMLE with flying colours after only barely passing a few months ago. Sadly it's only a matter of time before they out perform radiologists and it becomes cheaper to run the software autonomously while hiring fewer and fewer radiology staff
