It seems unlikely, but you can notice a difference between the photos to distinguish them from human to fake, (except for the last one) since the AI-generated ones are closer to the camera, and they appear to be profile pictures with good image quality by the tissue in good condition, Humans tend to have a larger and more prominent background next to the person, Different from AI generated ones which have a smaller and less prominent background
