10:41 well, he says this now, and while yes it may seem like a logical idea, being a plumber myself i can tell you that with the way technology is increasing and the advent of things like 3D printed houses and shark bite Style (push connection) PVC fittings as well as water lines fittings, plumbing is getting and will be even more increasingly easier and easier. So with the invention of actual AI robots, AI will very much affect the plumbing industry and the construction industry as a whole.
