If you ask chat gpt how to train for your best future self with a workout routine, it would go for all efficiency on a workout bases, but completely neglect the human aspect that if you always do what’s most efficient/intense instead of making it enjoyable , in the long run the enjoyable person will surpass the optimal simply because they decided to continue training regularly over a long bases as opposed to going to set intensity every time and being turned away from it all together.
