People who insist there's no difference between AI generated "art" and actual art made by humans have something lacking. They can't seem to grasp the concept of a soul. Of emotion. When I look at a beautiful painting, I feel emotions, the emotions the artist wanted me to feel. Or I feel what the artist themselves were feeling, reading the story in the painting that the artist was telling. AI art isn't telling a story. It's not feeling anything. It's a machine. It's not speaking to the soul any more than a photocopier is. I refuse to purchase book written by AI. I want my stories told by a human who has emotions and a soul.
