I always see people talking about how AI is just taking in data and optimizing based on good/bad responses from their outputs
Citing it as a reason why AI isn't actually smart, or why it's just regurgitating its input data
But isn't what just what we're doing?
Our data is from our senses, and our good/bad stimulus is social and physical responses
We learn to speak, act, and live based on what our environment tells us is okay, just like AI
I feel like we're really close to something approximating our problem solving abilities and intelligence, and I dont think we're ready for the general open source implementation of those things
An emulated intelligence anyone can run on their computer, even something as cheap as a raspi
