Let me be clear; this sucks. Anyone that is upset by this is completely justified. I’m going to offer a silver lining though. There are many young women with very real pictures of themselves out there, and that fact could haunt them the rest of their lives. It shouldn’t, and we will have to reconcile that at some point in the future. The AI phenomenon generates plausible deniability may not have ever expected it to exist. The education campaign should be focused on making people realize that such photos cannot be trusted.
