the second one is tricky because i don’t think it’s ai, at least not the gen ai we use nowadays; i remember a few years ago there was a photo/portrait bashing site ppl used a lot to create realistic pictures of their ocs and its this exact style
edit: found it, it’s called artbreeder. It was launched in 2018 and it’s ai yes, but it’s based on a different model (GAN instead of diffusion, with physical merging of two chosen photos and sliders rather than text to speech prompts). Idk about now but i remember it being considered quite ethical(??) at the time bc they used credited art works or smth similar (or at least there wasn’t any major drama abt it back then)
