Essentially it sounds like what is happening under these copyright laws is that you enter your idea into the bot, the bot comes up with its rendition, and now your idea is no longer copyrightable in a form because it is already AI generated. This is basically "idea destruction". Let me guess, after the bot processes the prompt, I can no longer draw up or hire an artist to draw up the same idea described in the prompt to AI, as it would be deemed to have been already AI generated? Is it possible that AI law and copyright just don't marry and that another form of ownership or rights should be developed for AI generated works apart from the copyright laws?
