Art is about persevering and a continuous want to improve. I had a taste of that. I don't mean to toot my own horn, but when I was young, I was probably closer to those "blue bloods" these people talk about. Not because I was talented persay, but I had an consistent drive to want to draw and to observe details. Unfortunately I destroyed all that potential due to a poor work/school balance where I chose to give up my love for drawing. A few years later, I am now one of those people with no "talent" or eye for art. But thanks to a very good teacher who broke art down as if you were following a cooking recipe, I had a taste of what being a "pro artist" felt like. Unfortunately, I've lost my drive and passion for art so I'll never be an artist. I appreciate art. I love seeing other people improve in art. I can just never create it myself. Even then, I won't turn to AI. I have now employed someone else who has the passion I do not have to bring my ideas to life.
