Headspace has an AI assistant. I asked it to help me process something heavy and it just signposted me to a telephone number. Lets be real, its not a trained psychiatrist on the other end of that phone line either, they would tell me to go to a doctor or a licensed therapist, one has a long waiting list the other is unaffordable. I'm in crisis now, and noone is helping. So you're left helpless with this horrible thing to deal with. Shoved it into deep seek and bam, fairly solid perspective that helped me get past it. I dont really care if the chinese government sell my story, it's not that uncommon an experience and ive never put any identifying information in it
