I only use Chat GPT for two things:
1 - For comedy or to entertain myself when i'm bored
2 - see how it reacts to the stuff i write (which never involve the use of AI), or to discuss a topic when no one is around.
Plus, if it gives me something about knowledge in general, coincidental or not, i take it with a grain of salt.
When it comes to knowledge or write something i create, i will not and will never use AI to "help" me making it.
