Virtually everything in your body you do not use or exercise will deteriorate, and your brain is no exception.. This is why playing an instrument is extremely beneficial, you'll memorize so many patterns and movements.. I found coding involving math to be quicker when I do low level math myself than using a calculator and doing so increased my speed in math even more, of course I will never outcompute a computer but I'm talking about the process of typing/clicking in digits. Having AI report and communicate for you will deteriorate your skill, but also makes you incredibly generic. Working in international environments a lot of people are insecure about their communication and you're seeing an increase in AI composed communication and reporting.
